Prices are published as ranges because the first question is always the same. The exact figure follows the first conversation.
Advisory
For an organisation with one consequential decision to make: whether to proceed with a programme, choose a product, or stop something that has already started. Kevin inspects the work, the data and the alternatives, then writes the recommendation. It says proceed, simplify, wait or stop, and why.
You get the written decision, the reasoning behind it, and the smallest next step worth taking. You do not get a slide deck, a licence, or a reason to keep us on.
Fractional
For an organisation whose AI decisions keep arriving faster than its senior judgement does. Kevin works beside the accountable owner on priorities, governance and supplier choices, on a fixed number of days a month.
You get decisions made and owned without adding a permanent layer of management. Three months minimum, because less than that is a conversation, not a role.
Delivery
For a change that has already earned its place and now needs building. Kevin designs and builds the tool, agent or workflow with the people who will run it, tests it against real work, and hands over the source, the evaluation set and the reasoning.
You get a working system your team owns. Transfer is included; it is not a phase we charge for separately.
Questions we get asked.
What if the answer is "don't"?
Then that's the answer, in writing, with the reasoning. You keep the money you would have spent.
Do you only work inside the Microsoft estate?
No. Most clients have one, so the work often starts there. The recommendation is whatever fits.
Who actually does the work?
Kevin. Specialists are brought in when a task needs one, and you're told when that happens.
What happens to the code?
It's yours. Source, evaluation set, build notes and the reasoning behind the design.
