This is not an application form. It gives us enough context to make the first decision without making you translate the problem into AI language. If confidentiality applies, describe the shape of the problem rather than the client, contract or protected detail.

Name roles rather than people or organisations. Tell us who decides and who lives with the result.

Give us an observable change. Faster is useful only when faster matters.

State only the categories that matter: timing, risk, regulation, data boundaries or budget shape. Exact protected details can wait.

    If a conversation is useful, its job is to define the next output or decision—not to begin a sales ritual.

We do not publish a response-time promise we cannot yet prove. If timing is fixed, put it in the constraints. Kingsbury is not an emergency support desk.
